Clinical Psychologist - Leading Healthcare Facility- UAE

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join a reputed government healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessments, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and comprehensive mental health support to patients with a range of psychological and behavioral conditions. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments, clinical interviews, and diagnostic evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' psychological needs. Provide evidence-based psychological therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other appropriate therapeutic approaches. Assess and manage conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral difficulties. Monitor treatment progress and evaluate therapeutic outcomes. Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care. Provide psychological counseling, coping strategies, and emotional support to patients and their families. Recognized postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology, typically at Master's or Doctoral level, as appropriate for the role. Strong expertise in psychological assessment, case formulation, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Experience managing diverse mental health conditions across appropriate patient populations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and clinical documentation skills.
