The centre emphasizes evidence-based practices and a supportive environment for both clients and staff.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Psychologist with a valid RCI licence, based in Bangalore Urban. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents, including standardized psychological and developmental testing. Daily responsibilities include providing individual and family counseling, designing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring progress over time. The role involves maintaining detailed clinical documentation, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, and offering clinical supervision or guidance to junior team members as required. The psychologist will also collaborate with schools and caregivers, contribute to parent training or workshops, and uphold ethical and professional standards in all clinical activities.QualificationsStrong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply theory to child and adolescent clinical practice.Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including standardized tools for cognitive, emotional, and behavioral assessment in children.Demonstrated experience in Mental Health care, including assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for developmental and emotional concerns.Capability in Clinical Supervision, mentoring, or guiding junior clinicians, interns, or trainees in a structured clinical setting.Valid RCI licence as a Clinical Psychologist and a bachelor's or master’s or M.Phil/PhD degree in Clinical Psychology or related discipline from a recognized institution.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Ability to maintain accurate clinical records, manage caseloads efficiently, and adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice.Prior experience in child development or pediatric settings, fluency in English and local languages, and training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, play therapy) are beneficial.
