Location: Whitefield, Ramagondanahalli, BangaloreDuration: 6 MonthsWorking Days: Monday to FridayWorking Hours: 9:30 AM to 4:30 PMStipend: ₹10,000 per monthOpportunity: Full-time employment may be offered on successful completion, based on performance.About the InternshipWe are looking for a Clinical Psychology student who is curious about human behaviour, passionate about learning, and interested in understanding how psychological concepts can be applied in real-world corporate environments.This is not a conventional internship where you will be restricted to one defined role.

You will get hands-on exposure to behavioural patterns, psychology, corporate wellness, content development, social media and startup operations.The primary responsibility will be to help develop and build concepts around human behavioural patterns and their application in clinical and corporate setups.At the same time, the intern must be comfortable working with content and digital media, as communication and content management will be an important part of the role.Key Responsibilities1. Behavioural & Clinical PsychologyStudy and develop concepts around human behaviour and behavioural patterns.Research psychological concepts relevant to stress, behaviour, emotions, workplace wellbeing and human performance.Assist in developing frameworks and content for psychological and behavioural interventions in corporate environments.Help translate psychological concepts into practical, easy-to-understand formats.Assist in designing concepts and activities for corporate wellness and behavioural programs.Conduct research and prepare presentations, notes and supporting material.2. Corporate & Clinical ExposureUnderstand how psychological concepts can be applied in corporate environments.Assist in developing programs and interventions for employees and organisations.Participate in discussions, brainstorming sessions and program development.Get exposure to the practical side of building a psychology and wellness-focused business.3. Content & Social MediaThe candidate must have genuine interest and working ability in digital content.Responsibilities will include:Writing blogs and articles related to psychology, behaviour, wellness and human performance.Developing social media content and ideas.Researching relevant topics and converting them into engaging content.Assisting in content planning and content management.Writing captions, posts, short-form content and educational material.Supporting the development of content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital platforms.Maintaining consistency and quality of published content.Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a student who:Is currently pursuing Clinical Psychology or a closely related psychology program.Has a strong interest in human behaviour and psychology.Has good written and verbal communication skills.Can write clear, meaningful and engaging content.Has exposure to social media, content writing and blog writing.Is comfortable researching topics independently.Is willing to learn and take ownership of work.Can think beyond textbooks and apply concepts practically.Is curious, energetic and willing to experiment.Is comfortable working in a startup environment where roles can evolve.Has the fire and zeal to learn, take responsibility and go beyond the defined job description when required.An Important RequirementThis internship is particularly suited for someone who wants to learn by doing.We value people who don't restrict themselves to "this is not my job."
