You will work closely with Principal Investigators, Study Coordinators, and sponsors to ensure smooth trial execution—from patient recruitment through data lock.What you'll doAssist with patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities across multiple active protocolsCollect, record, and verify source data in compliance with GCP guidelines and study protocolsEnter and maintain accurate data in electronic data capture (EDC) systemsPrepare, organize, and maintain regulatory binders (IRB submissions, essential documents)Coordinate and schedule subject visits, phlebotomy, lab work, and investigational product dispensingCommunicate with sponsors, CROs, and IRBs regarding protocol queries and ongoing monitoringAssist in preparation for sponsor monitoring visits and regulatory auditsMaintain investigational product accountability logs under PI supervisionWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, or a related field0–2 years of experience in a clinical research or healthcare setting (internships welcome)Phlebotomy certification and with experience and proficiencyFamiliarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA & HC regulations is a strong plusExperience with EDC systems (Medidata Rave, INFORM, Veeva Vault) a plusExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
