Job Responsibilities:Perform assay development & optimizationPerform modification & validation of assaysSupport experimental design & data analysisAdhere to all compliance, lab safety, & QC proceduresHandle biological specimensPerform analytical experimentsSupport lab ops & adhere to cGLPsSupports the implementation of assay controlsMaintain accurate lab notebooksSupport the creation of SOPs & protocolsSupport reagent prep & supply inventory managementSupport equipment preventative maintenance & troubleshootingOther duties as assignedJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Chem, Biochem, Biology, or similarExperience with assay development (chem and/or molecular)Experience with CAP/CLIA & NY regs; familiar with FDA & IVDR development requirementsExcellent written & verbal communication skills
