ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day activities for Phase 1-4 clinical trials within CNS and related therapeutic areasSupport patient recruitment, screening, enrollment, and retention effortsConduct study visits in accordance with protocol, GCP, and site SOPsMaintain accurate and timely source documentation, CRFs, and regulatory filesSchedule and manage subject visits, including follow-up and data collectionCollaborate with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and site staff to ensure smooth study executionAssist with site monitoring visits, audits, and query resolutionEnsure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable regulatory requirementsSupport lab sample processing, tracking, and shipment as needed Qualifications1-3+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similar rolePrior experience at a clinical research site (preferred)Exposure to CNS/psychiatry trials (highly preferred)Ability to manage multiple protocols and priorities effectivelyStrong communication and patient-facing skillsPhlebotomy or lab processing experience is a plus If you or someone in your network is interested in joining a high-performing clinical research site with strong growth and development opportunities, we'd welcome a conversation.
