Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of clinical studies, ensuring smooth progression from start to finish.Supervise daily operations of clinical trials, maintaining strict adherence to study protocols and data accuracy.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.Coordinate and document study visits, monitor participant enrollment, and maintain accurate records.Proactively identify and address study requirements to support successful trial execution.Utilize strong troubleshooting and conflict-resolution skills to resolve study-related issues.Work collaboratively with investigators, sponsors, and clinical staff to achieve study objectives.Maintain high standards of organization, planning, and attention to detail throughout all study activities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience preferred.Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP, and ICH guidelines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational and planning abilities with keen attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to anticipate study needs and coordinate effectively.Proficient in troubleshooting and conflict resolution.Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
