This role is responsible for coordinating and managing clinical trial activities, including participant screening, enrollment, and follow-up according to study protocols. Daily tasks include obtaining and documenting informed consent, scheduling and conducting study visits, collecting and entering source data, and maintaining accurate study records. The coordinator will collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory staff to ensure protocol compliance, support monitoring visits, and assist with regulatory submissions and reporting. The role also involves educating participants about study procedures, safeguarding participant safety, and helping optimize study workflows to meet timelines and quality standards.Qualifications Demonstrated clinical research experience, including involvement in clinical trials and familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).Ability to manage informed consent processes, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and participant understanding.Knowledge of study protocol requirements and the ability to implement and monitor protocol adherence in daily research activities.Strong research and data management skills, including accurate data entry, source documentation, and maintenance of regulatory binders.Relevant healthcare or life sciences education (e.g., associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, biology, public health, or related field); certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator is a plus.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with participants, investigators, and multidisciplinary teams.Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple studies or tasks simultaneously.Comfort working in a clinical setting and adhering to institutional, ethical, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and safety protocols.
