Clinical Research Lead

Location: IT Park, Cebu City, PhilippinesSchedule: US Time (Night Shift)Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Responsibilities:Team Management - Clinical Data Analysts:Delegating tasks effectively to meet deadlines and project goals.Coaching, Performance management, Motivating the teamImplementing quality assurance (QA) checks to maintain data accuracy and compliance.Conducting performance evaluations and managing individual/team development plans.Facilitating team meetings to address concerns, updates, and performance goals.Ensuring team adherence to organizational policies and best practices.Interpret data, formulate reports, and provide recommendations.Verify data quality based on accuracy, completeness, consistency, and validity.Compile and analyze data using modern and traditional collection methods.Ensure data entry complies with guidelines and regulatory requirements.Stay updated on current processes and updates.Assist in audits and reviews to ensure data integrity.Generate reports and summaries from data as requested.Maintain organized electronic files for medical-related documentation.Address discrepancies or issues with data identified by staff or external reviewers. Skills and Qualifications:At least 5 years of relevant work experience.PHRN (active license not required)Must have supervised/managed at least 2 direct reports.Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with health information systems and database tools (Excel, SQL, etc.) is desirable.Tech-savvy; experience with Salesforce or similar tools is desirable.Strong organizational and time management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proven leadership skills in delegating tasks, performance management, and quality assurance.Excellent written and oral English skills.Experience working with US/UK/AU clients (US preferred).Work Set up:FTE, 100% - OnsiteNight Shift (12am- 9am Philippine time) with occasional after-hours support.Support the local team in Cebu, Philippines, and HQ in Los Angeles, CA.Benefits:Regular Employment/Job SecurityMedical Insurance (HMO) + 2 free dependents (1 upon start, 1 after 2 years)Government-Mandated BenefitsPaid Leaves13th Month PayNight DifferentialSalary: 90,000 - 100,000 PHP monthly
