قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPosition: Clinical Research Manager – Infection Control Location: Mumbai (Preferred) / DelhiExperience: 4–5 Years (Mandatory experience in hospitals in infection control) & Clinical ResearchDepartment: Clinical ResearchCompany: ThermaissanceAbout the RoleThermaissance is looking for an experienced Microbiologist / Infection Control professional to support infection-control initiatives, hospital engagements, clinical research, scientific activities and evidence generation related to healthcare textiles and infection prevention.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical and microbiological expertise in infection prevention and control (IPC) activities.Support Thermaissance in identifying and engaging with suitable private and government hospitals, infection-control teams, microbiologists and investigators.Provide inputs on hospital infection-control practices, protocols, implementation challenges and opportunities for improvement.Support the design and coordination of infection-control related clinical research studies, including research questions, protocols, endpoints and study tools.Coordinate with investigators, hospital teams and participating sites for study feasibility and implementation.Monitor research activities, review study data and provide scientific/microbiological interpretation and recommendations.Support development and review of clinical, microbiological and infection-control evidence for Thermaissance products and research.Participate in KOL meetings, conferences, CMEs, roundtables and scientific discussions as mutually agreed.Prepare, review or deliver scientific presentations related to infection prevention, healthcare-associated infections and Thermaissance-supported research.Provide inputs for health technology assessment (HTA) and other evidence-generation activities, where relevant.Support documentation, scientific reports, publications and other agreed research outputs.EligibilityBSc / MSc Microbiology or relevant qualification in microbiology, infection control or a related field or MBBS / MD Minimum 4–5 years of relevant hospital-based experience in Infection Prevention & Control is mandatory.Prior experience working with hospital infection-control committees/teams will be preferred.Experience in clinical research, study coordination or scientific publications will be an advantage.Strong understanding of hospital infection-control practices, microbiology and healthcare-associated infection prevention.Good communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.Preferred ExperienceHospital Infection ControlInfection Prevention & Control (IPC)Healthcare-associated infections (HAIs)Clinical researchMicrobiological surveillanceHospital quality and infection-control protocolsScientific presentations and KOL engagementEngagementThis is may be part-time or full time consultancy role, with the scope and engagement duration to be mutually agreed based on the requirements of Thermaissance
