This role is responsible for engaging with prospective participants, conducting phone pre-screens, scheduling study visits, and helping ensure recruitment goals are met.The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with people throughout the day, enjoys building relationships, and has strong organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Respond to participant inquiries via phone, email, text, social media, and online referralsConduct phone pre-screenings to determine study eligibilityEducate potential participants on study requirements and expectationsSchedule screening visits and maintain ongoing communication throughout the recruitment processServe as a primary point of contact for prospective and enrolled participantsSend appointment reminders and assist with participant retention effortsMaintain accurate recruitment records and document all participant interactionsTrack recruitment metrics and referral sourcesAssist with community outreach events, health fairs, and educational activitiesSupport social media and digital recruitment efforts by responding to inquiries and sharing approved study informationCollaborate with clinical research staff to support enrollment goalsEnsure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirementsQualifications:RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in customer service, healthcare, recruiting, sales, call center, or a similar high-volume communication environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable making frequent outbound calls, sending texts, and communicating by emailProficiency with Microsoft Office and database or CRM systemsPreferredClinical research or patient recruitment experienceKnowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or IRB guidelinesBilingual in English and SpanishExperience with social media or digital marketing campaignsCommunity outreach or event coordination experience
