We are looking to add a full time Clinical Research Trainer to a growing site network. The ideal candidate will be located in the Northeast and open to 40-50% regional travel when necessary. Prior experience working in Psych trials is preferred. This is a great opportunity for a tenured Coordinator looking to grow into a new role in research.The Travel Training Coordinator supports the development of Research staff by leading and delivering standardized, high-impact training across the network, with a focus on onsite presence.This role designs and implements training programs, conducts assessments, and ensures alignment with company SOPs, GCP, and operational standards. Coordinators work directly with sites to support onboarding, development, and process improvement both onsite and remotely.Training ConductIndependently conduct complex or escalated site assessments, utilizing QA findings, performance metrics, and leadership feedback to drive training priorities.Lead the development and execution of advanced training plans tailored to specific site or staff needs and improvement goals.Analyze and respond to ongoing feedback from sites and stakeholders to continuously improve training approaches and outcomes.Lead the mentorship program for site staff, ensuring participants gain both knowledge and confidence while contributing to the broader training goals.Training DeliveryDeliver complex onsite and remote training sessions with a focus on strategic objectives and high-impact topics.Serve as a subject matter expert for regulatory, SOP, and protocol-related training.Support cross-functional or multi-site training roll outs.Conduct training assessments for senior site staff or newly opened practices and provide executive-level summaries and recommendations.Other DutiesLead national or regional training events, including breakout sessions, workshops, and training innovation pilots.Lead the development and execution of the mentorship program, driving improvements and ensuring its alignment with the overall training strategy.Technical Skills and CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Strong collaboration skills; must work effectively with teams both internally and remotely.Teaching and facilitation skills, including one-on-one and group training.Ability to determine training objectives and align content to learner needs.Skilled in organizing, coordinating, and managing multiple priorities.Proficient in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training plans.Capable of preparing instructional aids and learning resources.Effectively conducts and documents patient interviews and medical histories with accuracy.Maintains a high level of organization and independently manages workload and competing priorities.
