قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPartnered with an exciting, start-up company focused on developing vascular solutions for the most significant challenges preventing fistula use in hemodialysis patients.This company is looking to expand their Clinical Team by bringing on a Field Clinical Specialist for the Northwest (Northern California, Seattle, Portland) to partner with the Regional Sales Manager in the region and expand this product into the market.This Clinical Specialist will assist with new procedure installs throughout the region by providing permanent reinforcement to the artery-vein connection, promoting stability against wall tension, and decreasing turbulent flow.More details on what the hiring team is looking for in this Clinical Specialist!Responsibilities:Train the surgical team to assist in good patient outcomes and verbally support casesAcquire and maintain current knowledge of perioperative surgical technology practice and hospital and ASC policies and procedures.Develop technical acumen to serve as an educational and clinical resource.Provide continual feedback from customers to continue improving training tools and techniques.Partner with the US Sales team to provide continuity from sales process through clinical implementation.Assist in the delivery of procedural training with physicians and medical staff.Experience:2-5 years in Experience with procedures in the OR SettingHigh School Diploma or GED or associate degree with a minimum 4 years in a clinical specialist or related medical role, preferably in a medical device company; ORCustomer relationship and procedural skill development experience.Operating Room experience (exposure to surgery/surgical procedures). Vascular experience and dialysis access experience preferred but not required.Clinical Background – Nurses, radiology techs, surgical techsSkills:Ability to provide technical guidance during proceduresSkill and experience in providing technical support with physicians and healthcare support teamsEnsure accuracy of customer inventory, where appropriate.Proven ability to drive product adoption and utilizationExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsEducation:High School Diploma or GED or associate degree with a minimum 4 years in a clinical specialist or related medical role, preferably in a medical device company; ORA bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years in a clinical specialist or related medical role (Rad. Tech. / Surg. Tech., etc.), preferably in a medical device company.Additional Qualifications:Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance is requiredTravel throughout Southeast – 50-60%, Airplane/CarGeography (Northern CA, Portland and Seattle)Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend and lift to complete the basic functions of the role. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
