As part of this expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused MRI Field Service Technician to support system installations, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer success._________________________________________________________________________________________________________As a Clinical Specialist, you will significantly contribute to our growth by delivering clinical and operational expertise to our customers as they get trained and use our next generation point-of-care MRI systems to guide interventions.Responsibilities:Providing excellent education and training to various end-users; physician, physician staff, distributors, colleaguesCorrelating clinical and product knowledge to support clinicians and the staff deliver superior care to their patients and the skills to obtain optimal performance from their Promaxo MRI system.Traveling to clinical sites to actively support procedures, show functionality of the system and communicate the benefits during the procedures.Partnering with customers, plan, develop and administer clinical training to the end-users to achieve high customer satisfaction.Maintaining customer relationships and communicating all relevant product and/or customer concerns or opportunities to the relevant Promaxo team regarding technical and clinical issues.Using the learnings from customer and field interactions, work with Promaxo product and R&D teams to help continuous improvement of product quality and offerings.Documenting clinical support reports that includes transfer of all the study data including pathology reports after every case to help Promaxo and customers achieve their strategic goals.Acting as focal point for clinical team, identify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests.Regularly visit Promaxo office to take active part in the office projects as directed by your supervisor.Maintain excellent communication with customers, colleagues and manager.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, Radiologic Technology, or a related clinical field (Associate’s degree + relevant experience may be considered)Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical environment or supporting clinical procedures (e.g., imaging, OR, or interventional procedures)Understanding of clinical education/training processesExcellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and customer service skillsProficiency with MS Office and the ability to document clinical reports accuratelyWillingness to travel extensively (often ~70%, including overnights and occasional weekends) within the territory, with a focus on Southern CaliforniaValid U.S. driver’s licensePreferred:Prior experience as a Clinical Specialist, Clinical Applications Specialist, or similar field clinical role with a medical device companyHands-on experience with MRI systems, medical imaging equipment, or image-guided interventionsBackground in urology, prostate procedures, or interventional radiologyNursing, MRI technologist, or related clinical certification/licensureExperience collaborating with product/R&D teams and collecting customer feedback for continuous improvement
