As a leading independent distributor of medical technology, we bring innovative medical solutions to healthcare professionals by partnering with world leading companies who share our vision for innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesRelay feedback from buyers on sales factors affecting sales performance to improve sales target developmentMonitor competitor landscape and customer demand to provide market intelligence for strategy developmentExplain technical nuances as well as pros and cons of various solutions that appeal to KOLs’ technical requirementsIdentify responses that can minimise negative impact and address buyers' dissatisfaction of goodsProvide post-sales support on technical nuances related to product and/or product offerings as well as inventory managementOrganise and conduct training sessions - perform on-site and on-the-job training on the principal’s products to health professionals in hospitalsPerform clinical support for the accounts and assigned territory, including being “on-call”Participate in training opportunities to be updated on product knowledge and market trends (workshops, training, conferences)Participate in promotional activity to increase product awareness in the marketActively participate in workshops and trainings to gain in-depth understanding of technologies and devicesHold a credible dialogue audience ranging from surgeons to consultants and key decision-makersPre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or Medical Technology or ScienceFresh graduates are welcome to applyAble to travel overseasFluent in Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Melayu will be an advantageAble to work overtime as and when required (includes weekends)Meticulous and detailed-orientatedSelf-started and able to multitaskAptitude to develop a clinical knowledge base and learn on the jobCritical thinkerGood interpersonal and communication skillsMore about TransmedicTransmedic - Where the world's leading healthcare solutions meet the needs of our people.We open the door to a world of healthcare solutions, connecting professionals and organisations in Asia with leading medical speciality products, local knowledge and personalised service to advance the quality of care for patients who need it most.We take pride in being different.
