Clinical Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Specialist MEA to support our growing activities across the Middle East and Africa region. In this role, you will work closely with physicians, perfusionists, nurses, distributors and commercial teams to provide clinical support, education and product training across different countries within the MEA region. The position requires regular international travel and a strong clinical understanding of critical care, cardiac surgery and extracorporeal therapies.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical and medical support to hospitals, healthcare professionals and distribution partners across the MEA regionSupport product implementation and clinical use in hospitalsConduct product and therapy trainings for physicians, perfusionists, nurses and other healthcare professionalsProvide on-site clinical support during treatments, procedures and product introductionsSupport distributor teams with clinical education and product knowledgeOrganize and conduct workshops, hands-on trainings and educational activitiesSupport congresses, scientific meetings and regional medical education eventsWork closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support regional business development activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key clinical stakeholdersCollect and communicate relevant clinical feedback and market insights internallyEnsure professional, compliant and scientifically accurate communication regarding CytoSorbents therapies and productsWhat we are looking forClinical background as a Perfusionist, Nurse, ICU Nurse.Strong understanding of intensive care, cardiac surgery and/or extracorporeal therapiesPrevious experience in MedTech, medical devices or clinical application support is requiredExcellent communication, presentation and training skillsConfidence working with physicians, perfusionists, nurses and other healthcare professionalsIndependent, structured and hands-on working styleStrong intercultural skills and willingness to work across different countries and healthcare environmentsHigh willingness to travel internationally within the Middle East and Africa regionFluent English is required; additional languages are an advantageBased in the UAEWhat we offerAn international role with responsibility across the Middle East and AfricaModern office in DubaiStructured and comprehensive onboardingExtensive clinical and product trainingOpportunity to work closely with leading healthcare professionals and medical institutionsInternational working environmentCompetitive salary packageTravel opportunities throughout the MEA regionModern laptop, smartphone and working equipmentOpportunity to actively contribute to the growth and development of CytoSorbents in the region
