Clinical Study Manager

Accession Therapeutics Limited, a vibrant, early-phase biotechnology company based in Oxford, is looking for a Clinical Study Manager to assist with the set up, management and delivery of the company’s clinical trials in compliance with study protocols and GCP and regulatory standards.You will join a small Clinical Operations team, working closely with the Chief Development Officer, Medical Director, and Quality, CMC and Translational Medicine teams. This role is primarily office-based in Oxford, with some UK and international travel required for site engagement and study oversight activities.RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:· Day-to-day management of CROs and third-party vendors;· Site engagement and oversight to support trial delivery, recruitment and data integrity;· Oversight of enrolment and site performance;· Conducting co-monitoring and site engagement visits as required;· Maintenance and management of clinical trial and quality documentation;· Supporting data management, pharmacovigilance and other cross-functional study activities;· Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support successful study delivery.CANDIDATE WILL NEED: · Good educational background; at least 3+ years’ experience working in a study management role;· Experience of overseeing CRO and vendor performance;· Strong site management, site engagement and monitoring experience;· Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills; · Experience of data management or pharmacovigilance (preferred);· Biotech experience (preferred);· Experience of early-phase oncology and ATMP (preferred).Accession offers a good salary and company benefits including pension, private health insurance, life insurance and subsidized local gym membership.
