CLINICAL SUPERVISOR - YOUTH ACTWalton, NY | Hybrid, up to 2-3 days remote | $83K-$85K | Rotating on-call, primarily telephonic | NY LMSW, LCSW or LMHC requiredPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Clinical Supervisor/Team Leader to lead a Youth ACT team serving youth ages 10 through 20 years, 11 months. This role combines clinical leadership, staff supervision, intake coordination, community collaboration, and program oversight.The team provides intensive, youth-guided and family-driven mental health services designed to support recovery, wellness, and continuity of care.What You’ll Do Guide and supervise the Youth ACT team and team members Coordinate and participate in program intakes Partner with SPOA on referrals to the program Collaborate with community programs and service providers Support youth-guided, family-driven treatment approaches Handle program administrative responsibilities and rotating on-call coverageWhat You’ll Bring Required: Active New York State LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC license 2 years working with youth and families preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations Trauma-informed care knowledge is a plus Active, valid driver's license Bilingual Spanish candidates are encouraged to applyCompensation & Benefits $83,000-$85,000 salary Hybrid schedule with up to 2-3 remote days per week Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k), 403(b), and flexible spending account Paid holidays, vacation, sick, and personal time Agency vehicle access and mileage reimbursementWHY JOIN?
