Clinical Support Specialist

If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***Key aspects of the role include:Provide clinical guidance, education, and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training sessions to ensure safe and effective product usage.Support patient onboarding and follow-up activities, ensuring a positive customer experience.Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate support activities and ensure consistent service delivery.Respond to clinical enquiries and provide appropriate product-related guidance.Support educational initiatives and awareness activities within the healthcare community.Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant clinical and quality standards.To be successful you will need to meet the following:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing.Valid nursing licence/registration in Saudi Arabia.Minimum 3 years’ nursing experience.Experience within medical devices, patient care, or a related healthcare environment a must.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and engage healthcare professionals.Strong patient-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.To comply with Saudization, our client is required to hire a Saudi National for this position.Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Hiring?
