Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout Lupin DentalFounded in 2019 by Dr. Galip Gürel and Dr. Stefen Koubi, leading experts in aesthetic dentistry, Lupin Dental is a French deep-tech company pioneering dental surgical robotics.Lupin Dental is transforming dental care through a fully automated, end-to-end solution combining advanced robotic hardware and planning software for dental veneer procedures.Our technology enables dentists to perform complex, high-value aesthetic treatments with greater precision, consistency, and accessibility—helping expand access to advanced smile treatments beyond elite specialists.Our VisionTo enhance patient satisfaction and confidence by enabling every dental practitioner to deliver exceptional quality and aesthetics in smile transformation, raising the global standard of dental care.Our MissionTo transform dentistry by democratizing and standardizing complex aesthetic treatments through breakthrough robotic and digital technologies, improving clinical outcomes while reshaping the economics of aesthetic dentistry.The RoleAs a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in the successful adoption and utilization of the Lupin Robotic System.You will be responsible for providing hands-on clinical support throughout the entire patient workflow, ensuring that every case is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Beyond case support, you will work closely with dentists to train and mentor them, build their confidence with the technology, and help them integrate Lupin into their clinical practice.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide physical support for 100% of Lupin cases, managing the end-to-end clinical workflow.Ensure efficient, reliable, and high-quality execution of every case using the Lupin Robotic System.Support dentists throughout the procedure and ensure an excellent experience for both the patient and the clinical team.Identify and resolve operational or clinical issues during cases and escalate appropriately when required.Ensure consistent application of Lupin clinical protocols and best practices.Train and mentor dentists to become confident and proficient users of the Lupin Robotic System.Deliver structured onboarding, hands-on training, and continuous education programs.Support dentists in developing the skills and confidence required to independently use the technology.Train dentists on how to communicate and promote the “Lupin Smile” using Lupin’s value proposition, clinical tools, and patient communication materials.Act as a trusted clinical partner to customers throughout their Lupin journey.Partner with local management to develop and execute strategies that increase robot utilization and procedure adoption.Support customer acquisition, onboarding, and conversion activities from a clinical perspective.Participate in clinical demonstrations, workshops, congresses, and marketing events.Help create awareness of Lupin technology and demonstrate its clinical value to dentists and prospective customers.Act as a clinical ambassador for Lupin Dental in the market.Plan and schedule clinical cases efficiently to maximize customer support capacity and system utilization.Continuously improve case-support processes and operational efficiency.Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers and internal teams.Collaborate closely with Clinical, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and R&D teams.Share customer feedback, clinical insights, and field experience with the relevant Lupin teams to support continuous product and workflow improvement.Support both local and international teams as required.Candidate ProfileDentist or Biomedical Engineer.Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the dental industry, preferably within a high-tech, digital dentistry, medical device, robotics, or dental technology company.Strong understanding of the digital dental ecosystem.Experience with digital dentistry, CAD/CAM, robotics, navigation, or other advanced dental technologies is highly preferred.Proven experience in training, mentoring, or supporting healthcare professionals.Strong communication and presentation skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time.Deliver consistent, high-quality support across 100% of Lupin cases.Ensure excellent patient and dentist experiences.Successfully train and develop dentists into confident Lupin users.Drive increased system utilization and procedure adoption.Support the local team in developing the market and generating demand.Build strong, long-term relationships with Lupin customers.Continuously improve the efficiency and scalability of clinical support.
