About the Company: SRS Medical Systems, Inc is dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the field of urology, focusing on enhancing patient care and clinical outcomes through advanced technologies and expert support.About the Role: The Clinical Support Specialist (CSS) will be an SRS product expert, and a benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) Care Pathway expert. The CSS will also be a UroCuff test implementation specialist responsible for running clinical tests (Urocuff and EP1) in targeted urology practices within a defined geographyResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of the urology practices BPH protocolBecome an SRS product and clinical expert and a highly effective clinical trainerEstablish key partner relationships with clients’ BPH support and/or clinical staff, including physicians, APP’s, nurses, medical assistants, navigators and front office personnelLead patient education campaigns in client officeImplement clinical testing days in predetermined offices and perform UroCuff and EP1 (non-invasive pressure flow tests) in a clinical setting. This will include but may not be limited to:Preparing patients for their UroCuff test in a professional and caring mannerConducting UroCuff and EP1 tests according to established protocolOperating UroCuff and EP1 equipment, ensuring proper function and adherence to instructions for useDocumenting results accurately and transmit findings to supervising physician or clinical staffEducating patients about the testing process, answer their questions and help them feel at ease throughout the procedureEnsuring test results are accurately processed and shared throughout the client’s standard documentation channelsCollaborating with the clinical and sales teams to support training efforts as neededAssisting with scheduling, administrative tasks, and reporting as requiredPerform customer clinical reviews when appropriateLeverage procedure data from our systems demonstrating product and clinical use of SRS technologies with physicians and key clinical staff.Maintain a current and accurate database of physician/staff and practice details and activities.Manage expenses appropriately via established SRS guidelines.Communicate with sales and marketing, sharing insights and knowledge that will help the company perform at a high level.Adhere to the company Vision, Mission and Values.Actively participate in and contribute to regional meetings and team calls to share clinical insights.Take an active role in the development and improvement of the CSS role to enhance customer experience and more efficiently implement SRS technologies and pathwaysRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma (advanced education in related area of study preferred)Experience:2 years of field based sales experienceDemonstrated ability to train others including physicians, nurses and patients.Clinically knowledgeable, possesses knowledge of medications, devices, urologic diagnostics and proceduresPreferred Skills: A patient focused mentality and drive.Excellent verbal and interpersonal relationship skills, including ability to effectively communicate with physicians, nurses and PA’s as well as with patientsA self-starter interested in growing skill sets and advancing in an organization.Problem-solver and demonstrated ability to tackle situations where further investigation is required.Driven to deliver the best possible care for patientsCapable of following prescribed routines, and standard accepted clinical practices.Skilled at managing differing personalities, i.e. medical assistants, nurses, PA’s and physicians.Able to work with multiple customer offices and travel between locations within a specified geography on a regular basis.Proficient in basic business computing functions.Proficient in database use and navigationPhysical Requirements:Must have reliable transportation and an ability to travel within the defined geography on a daily basisAbility to communicate both verbally and in writing.Legibly writing and communicating instructions and schedules.Educating physicians and staff on the intricacies of SRS products prior to and during proceduresMust be able to lift 50lbs.Often standing or sitting for prolonged periodsOvernight travel required (30% travel; 5-7 days per month)
