This breakthrough platform enables surgeons to perform complex minimally invasive procedures through a single incision, offering enhanced precision, dexterity, and visualization.About the RoleWe’re seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to partner with our hospital customers during the early stages of market adoption. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative position where you’ll work directly with surgeons, operating room teams, and cross‑functional colleagues to ensure seamless integration and successful use of our robotic surgical system.If you thrive in clinical environments, enjoy building strong relationships, and want to be part of advancing surgical innovation, this role puts you right at the heart of it.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned hospitals.Provide on-site and remote support to surgeons and operating room staff.Provide on-site support during surgeries, product demonstrations, and training sessions.Support system setup and basic operational troubleshooting.Coordinate with the technical service team when technical issues arise.Provide training and guidance to clinical users on the proper use of the robotic system.Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital stakeholders.Collaborate closely with Sales, Clinical, Service, and Technical teams.Collect and communicate customer feedback and follow up on service-related issues.Support successful customer adoption and system utilization.Requirements
- Fluent in French and English; Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Nursing background with solid operating room (OR) experience; endoscopic and/or laparoscopic experience in urology, gynecology, general surgery, thoracic surgery, and pediatrics is a strong plus.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or hospital operations.
- Previous customer‑facing or hospital‑facing experience.
- Comfortable working in operating rooms and supporting surgical teams.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, hands‑on, and able to work independently.
- Living close to partner hospitals to provide regular on‑site support.
- Willingness to travel within Marseille to support hospital customers.
- Flexibility to assist with surgeries and hospital activities outside standard working hours when needed.
