This hybrid model offers an integrated solution that improves outcomes and engagement while delivering significant cost savings for organizations.Role Description The Clinical Therapist at MantraCare will provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health and wellness support to clients within our AI-supported care ecosystem. This part-time remote role involves conducting virtual assessments, individual and family therapy sessions, and ongoing case management for clients with diverse needs. The therapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, contribute to treatment planning, and document clinical encounters in accordance with professional and organizational standards. The role also includes working with AI-enabled tools to enhance care delivery, monitoring progress, and ensuring continuity of care across the platform.Qualifications Background in Social Work and Case Management with experience supporting individuals and families across varied psychosocial needs.Training in Psychology and Mental Health, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for common mental health concerns.Competence in Family Therapy and related modalities for working with couples, families, and support systems.Relevant professional licensure or certification (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist) in good standing, as applicable to region.Experience providing telehealth or remote clinical services, with strong comfort using digital and AI-enabled tools.Excellent communication skills, cultural humility, and ability to work with diverse populations in a global environment.Strong organizational skills, clinical documentation proficiency, and adherence to ethical and confidentiality standards.Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health field.
