Clinical Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated with experience in Medical/ Aesthetic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and support on our range of advanced medical aesthetic devices including lasers, HIFU, ultrasound, radiofrequency, cryolipolysis, and other non-invasive energy-based devices. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients are proficient in the safe and effective use of our products, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and sales. Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive product demos and training: Develop and deliver engaging and informative training programs for new and existing clients (clinics and medispas).Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical workshops on the operation, maintenance, and clinical applications of our devices and injectables.Cover topics such as treatment protocols, safety guidelines, patient selection, and potential side effects. Provide ongoing support and education: Offer post-training support and address client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Conduct follow-up training sessions and refresher courses as needed.Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and incorporate new information into training materials. Develop and maintain training materials: Create and update treatment protocols, training manuals, presentations, videos, and other educational resources.Ensure all materials are accurate, comprehensive, and compliant with industry regulations. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams: Provide product expertise and support for sales presentations and demonstrations to assist sales progress and increase sales revenue.Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows when necessary.Provide feedback from clients to the sales and marketing teams. Maintain accurate records: Document training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback.Track client progress and identify areas for improvement.Maintain records of equipment training and certifications.  Qualifications:           Diploma in biomedical or relevant field (preferred).Proven experience in the medical or aesthetics industry, preferably with strong understanding of lasers, HIFU, ultrasound, radiofrequency, cryolipolysis, and injectable products, although training will be provided.Demonstrated experience in training and education, preferably in medical or aesthetic setting although not compulsory.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and a team player.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to travel frequently to client locations. Preferred Skills:Relevant experience with specific medical/ aesthetic devices.Relevant hands-on experience with operating medical/ aesthetic devices.High interest in conducting training and demos.
