If you’re seeking a career with a company that champions innovation, teamwork, and continuous professional growth, there’s no better place than the Cartessa Clinical Team.Territory: Northeast Role and Key ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Trainer is responsible for educating external customers and internal team members on all Cartessa Aesthetic devices.Provide onsite training and support to new and existing customers, as well as other internal and external stakeholdersProvide education that is consistent with company policies and protocolsComplete all administrative tasks such as training documentation, expense reports, customer scheduling, and calendar management in an accurate and timely mannerComplete outreach to customers no more than 3 business days from receipt of training assignmentProvide feedback on training needs, clinical asset needs/enhancements to Director of Clinical EducationCommunicate customer issues and help work towards resolutionField questions from customers as neededRepresent Cartessa Aesthetics at events, conferences, trade shows, and workshopsKeep up to date on Cartessa Aesthetic devices as well as industry knowledge through education provided by Cartessa as well as independent learningQualifications and Education RequirementsEsthetician, RN or abovePrevious experience with laser and/or IPL devicesPrevious clinical training experienceExceptional communication skills – written and verbalHigh emotional intelligence/interpersonal skillsMust be positive and a team playerMust demonstrate trustworthiness, respect, and integrity in all interactionsHighly organized and excellent problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and can work independentlyExcellent presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications and various web toolsMust be able to manage travel schedule in the most efficient mannerExtensive travel, 80% or more; Valid driver’s license and vehicle available for work use; Must be able to travel via plane; must be willing to travel outside their regionPreferred SkillsPrevious experience with Cartessa devices
