Clinical Trainer – Hearing TechnologyGreat Lakes RegionPreferred location: Syracuse, NYAlso considering: Utica, Albany, Rochester, or Buffalo, with additional travelA leading global hearing technology company is seeking an experienced audiologist to provide clinical and product training across Upstate New York, the northern Pennsylvania border region, and most of Vermont.ResponsibilitiesTrain hearing-care professionals on hearing aid technology and solutionsSupport product launches, fittings, troubleshooting, and clinical questionsConduct presentations, lunch-and-learns, and customer eventsPartner with sales representatives to assess customer needs and recommend solutionsBuild strong customer relationships and provide virtual support as neededDocument customer activity in the CRM systemQualificationsAu.D. or master’s degree in Audiology requiredTwo or more years of clinical hearing aid experienceStrong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skillsCurrent knowledge of hearing aid technology and industry practicesStrong organization, time management, and follow-throughMicrosoft Office proficiency; CRM experience is a plusClinical and educational audiologists with hearing aid experience are encouraged to apply.Candidates with exclusively research or academic backgrounds will not be considered.TravelFrequent regional travel is required, potentially up to 75%.
