This opportunity offers long-term career growth, exposure to complex global studies, and the chance to contribute to the development of life-changing treatments.What You Will DoAs a Senior Clinical Trial Manager, you will lead clinical trial operations activities and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality study delivery.Key responsibilities include:Oversee the clinical portion of study budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.Develop monitoring plans and tools to maintain strong study oversight.Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to support performance and development.Lead study start-up activities and drive enrollment strategies while meeting key timelines.Review trip reports and implement corrective and preventive action plans when needed.Build and maintain productive relationships with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.Support the successful execution of global clinical programs.What We Are Looking ForMinimum 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager at a global level within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or sponsor environment.Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.Experience managing Cell Therapy studies.Strong vendor management experience, including vendor oversight, budget management, and leading operational discussions.At least 5+ years of overall clinical trial management experience.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.Experience managing complex and/or global clinical trials.Preferred: Experience managing clinical studies through the full lifecycle, from start-up to database lock.Experience mentoring CTMs, leading teams, and participating in departmental initiatives.Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive health and wellbeing programs.Retirement and pension plans.Life and disability insurance coverage.Employee assistance and wellbeing resources.Continuous learning and career development opportunities through structured training and career pathways.
