TCTI operates 24/7/365, ensuring ongoing support for those who serve the community.Role DescriptionThis is a Part-Time contractor (1099) role for Clinicians based out of your own office and telehealth. The Clinician will provide individual, group, and family counseling services to first responders and their families. Responsibilities include conducting professional evaluations, delivering therapy sessions, and responding to critical incidents as needed. The role will also involve collaborating with TCTI’s team. Clinicians that join the CISM team may be required to respond promptly to calls outside regular working hours due to the nature of the work.QualificationsProficiency in providing individual, group, and family counseling servicesAbility to conduct thorough evaluations and develop treatment plansExperience with trauma response, crisis intervention, and assessing mental healthExcellent communication, active listening, and empathy skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and under pressureMaster’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related fieldState licensure or licensure eligibility in California (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or similar)Previous experience working with first responders or emergency services personnel is a plusFlexibility to provide services during evenings, weekends, or emergency callsOpen AvailabilityOpen to In person sessions
