Clinician | Children’s Mental Health Support & StabilizationBedford, MA & surrounding communities | Mobile PositionStarting at $65,208 annuallyHigher rates for independent licensure or bilingual candidates$2,500 Sign-On BonusThe Edinburg Center is seeking a Children’s Mental Health Clinician to join our Support & Stabilization Services team.In this community-based role, you’ll work alongside Outreach Workers and, at times, a BCBA to support youth and families involved with the Department of Children and Families (DCF). You’ll provide intensive clinical support focused on strengthening families, building skills, and helping youth remain successful in their homes and communities.What You’ll Do• Provide individual and family therapy in home and community settings• Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans• Assess and manage risk and develop safety plans• Provide caregiver coaching, education, and skill building• Utilize evidence based approaches such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Solution-Focused Therapy• Coordinate care with DCF, schools, providers, and other community supports• Facilitate treatment planning and review meetings• Maintain timely clinical documentation and provide regular updates to DCF• Participate in team meetings, supervision, training, and rotating on-call crisis supportWhat You’ll Bring• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Education with a Clinical Concentration, or related field• LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or Psychologist licensure• Experience working with youth with emotional or behavioral health needs and their families• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportationBilingual or bicultural candidates and those with independent licensure, experience with behavioral challenges, or knowledge of evidence-based treatment models are strongly encouraged to apply.What We Offer• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus• Generous vacation, sick, personal, and holiday time• Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance for eligible employees• 401(k) retirement plan• Tuition reimbursement• Funding for conferences, certifications, and specialized training• Free clinical supervision toward licensureFor more than 40 years, The Edinburg Center has provided community-based services supporting individuals and families living with mental health conditions, developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and autism.Be YOU.
