At minimum, all clinicians must commit to one consistent, predetermined in-office day every other week. Weekly in-office availability is strongly preferred.Clinicians should maintain sufficient, consistent appointment availability to build and sustain their caseload and accept new or replacement referrals as clients complete treatment.WHAT DOES BUILDING A CASELOAD LOOK LIKE?We understand that building a healthy caseload takes time. New clinicians should anticipate approximately a 90-day ramp-up period.Connecting Hearts will support clinicians through referrals, scheduling, marketing, and credentialing for eligible fully licensed clinicians when applicable. While we cannot guarantee a specific number of referrals, we are committed to helping clinicians establish sustainable practices.Following the ramp-up period, clinicians should work toward averaging at least six completed clinical sessions per week, evaluated over time rather than as a punitive single-week quota. We're looking for clinicians who want to actively build with us, not simply maintain a profile on our website.WONDERING HOW TO MAXIMIZE YOUR OPPORTUNITY FOR CONSIDERATION?Our ideal clinician:Holds an applicable degree and is eligible to provide clinical services in Georgia within their level of licensure.May be master's-level/license-eligible, associate-licensed (including APC, LAMFT, or LMSW, as applicable), or independently licensed (including LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Ph.D., or PsyD).Has experience or a strong interest in providing therapy to diverse populations.Brings strong interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable demeanor.Demonstrates cultural competence and a commitment to creating an inclusive therapeutic space. Can work independently while embracing collaboration and clinical community. Is comfortable maintaining a hybrid schedule with a consistent in-person presence. Is willing to participate in reasonable marketing and community-engagement activities. Is committed to developing and maintaining a sustainable caseload.Values continuity of care and is seeking a long-term professional home.Has an interest in developing or facilitating therapy, psychoeducational, support, or skills-based groups — a definite bonus!COMPENSATION & CLINICAL CAREER PATHWAYWe believe clinicians should understand how they can grow with Connecting Hearts.Master's-Level / License-Eligible Clinicians$40 per completed clinical sessionClinical supervision provided by CHC, with participation at least twice monthlyAssociate-Licensed Clinicians$45 per completed clinical sessionClinical supervision provided by CHC, with participation at least twice monthlyIndependently Licensed CliniciansEligible for a 70% compensation splitFormal supervision is not required; clinical consultation is available as neededIndependent licensure creates eligibility for this compensation structure but does not automatically guarantee placement within itRequired Nonclinical Activities$20/hour for required meetings, trainings, marketing activities, photo/video participation, community events, and other approved nonclinical responsibilitiesEducational Content$50 per approved educational blog postFinal compensation arrangements are based on licensure, role requirements, and applicable employment and payroll guidelines.STILL WONDERING WHY CONNECTING HEARTS COUNSELING?Not your average corporate counseling center.Join a vibrant, culturally responsive, and inclusive practice that recognizes the value of your individual clinical gifts."It's the flexibility for me."Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule while still building meaningful connections with clients, colleagues, and the community. Each one, teach one.Grow through supervision, consultation, collaboration, professional development, and opportunities to learn alongside other clinicians.Build something meaningful. We're looking for clinicians who want to grow a sustainable caseload, strengthen their professional presence, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. We don't just live, we THRIVE.Become part of a supportive clinical community dedicated to the well-being and growth of both our clients and our clinicians. If you're looking for more than somewhere to simply see clients — and want a professional home where you can serve, grow, connect, and thrive — we'd love to hear from you.
