Previous experience in the marine or yacht brokerage industry is strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of yacht transactions from contract execution through closingCoordinate with buyers, sellers, brokers, lenders, surveyors, documentation agents, and legal professionalsEnsure compliance with all state, federal, and international documentation requirementsPrepare and review closing statements, financial documents, and transaction filesCoordinate vessel title transfers, registrations, USCG documentation, and tax complianceOversee offshore and international closing procedures when applicableMaintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are consistently metBuild and maintain relationships with industry contacts to improve transaction efficiencyHandle confidential financial and client information with professionalism and discretionQualifications5+ years of experience in business management, transaction management, or a related leadership rolePrevious yacht brokerage, marine, legal, or high-value asset closing experience requiredStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial documentation, and spreadsheetsWorking knowledge of:State Title & RegistrationUSCG DocumentationState Sales Tax RequirementsU.S. Customs ProceduresOffshore Closing ProceduresAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work confidently with high-net-worth clienteleProfessional, diplomatic, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detailCompensation: Salary commensurate with experience.Qualified applicants are encouraged to submit their resume to jobs@ayssales.com.
