The company’s diverse portfolio addresses the evolving expectations of clients and stakeholders across different segments of the real estate market.Role Description The Closing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Panvel, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions. This role coordinates with sales teams, lenders, legal representatives, and clients to ensure all documentation, funding, and compliance requirements are accurately completed prior to closing. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing closing files, validating loan and mortgage terms, tracking funding status, and resolving discrepancies or issues that may delay completion. The Closing Manager will maintain detailed records, monitor timelines, communicate proactively with all stakeholders, and support a smooth, professional closing experience that aligns with company standards and regulatory guidelines.Qualifications Strong expertise in Closings and Funding, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.Proficiency in Sales processes related to real estate, including coordination with sales teams and client communication.Knowledge of Loans and Mortgage Lending, including documentation, compliance, and basic understanding of lending policies.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in handling contracts and financial records.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.Ability to work on-site in Panvel and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience in real estate, property development, or financial services is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
