The Closing Specialist will coordinate all aspects of the real-estate closing process, including preparing and reviewing closing files, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include working with escrow agents, lenders, and internal teams to confirm loan terms, disbursements, and closing conditions, as well as tracking milestones and resolving discrepancies. The role involves communicating with clients and stakeholders to provide clear guidance, timelines, and status updates, while maintaining accurate records and reporting for each transaction. The Closing Specialist will also support process improvement initiatives and contribute to consistent, high-quality customer experiences.Qualifications Strong expertise in closings and escrow processes, with the ability to manage end-to-end real-estate transactions.Experience with loans and related documentation, including reviewing loan terms and coordinating with lenders.Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.Proficiency with standard office software and transaction management tools; familiarity with real-estate or financial systems is a plus.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating reliability, time management, and self-direction.Prior experience in real-estate, title, banking, or a related field is preferred.Relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is beneficial.
