About the jobThe Cloud Consultant (Architect) will serve as a technical authority for customers across Microsoft Cloud, Azure, AWS, Cloud Security, ZTNA, DLP, and Identity Security environments.The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving secure cloud and hybrid architectures across identity, devices, applications, networks, cloud platforms, data, and security operations.The Architect will work closely with infrastructure, network, application, endpoint, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to design and implement secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective solutions aligned with business, technical, and cybersecurity requirements.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and optimize secure Cloud and Hybrid architectures across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and AWS.Lead cloud migration, modernization, integration, and implementation activities.Design and implement Zero Trust, ZTNA, IAM, DLP, endpoint, and cloud security solutions.Configure and support Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Conditional Access, MFA, and Microsoft 365 environments.Assess customer environments, identify technical and security gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.Develop solution architectures, technical designs, BOMs, SOWs, and technical proposals.Support customer workshops, technical presentations, POCs, RFP/RFQ responses, and Pre-Sales activities.Recommend appropriate Microsoft products and licensing models based on customer technical and business requirements.Troubleshoot complex cloud, identity, security, and hybrid infrastructure issues.Work closely with customers, Sales, Project Management, vendors, and technical teams throughout solution delivery.Qualifications and Skills10+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud, Microsoft, infrastructure, or cybersecurity solutions.Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, with good experience in AWS.Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.Experience with Zero Trust, ZTNA, IAM, DLP, Conditional Access, MFA, and Cloud Security.Strong knowledge of cloud and hybrid architecture, migration, networking, identity, security, and governance.Proven experience in implementation, configuration, migration, integration, and troubleshooting.Good understanding of Microsoft licensing, including Microsoft 365 Business, E3/E5, Azure, Security, Compliance, and related add-ons.Experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, BOM, SOW, RFP/RFQ, and POC activities.Strong customer-facing, consulting, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Fluency in Arabic is required, with strong professional English communication skills.Microsoft and/or AWS certifications are highly preferred.
