Company - A cloud solutions provider to support businesses across different industries and markets.Location - KL Job DescriptionDesign cloud solutions that meet customer needs while balancing performance, security, scalability, and cost.Work with customers throughout the process, from understanding their requirements to implementation and ongoing improvements.Explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Keep up with the latest cloud technologies and identify ways to improve existing solutions.Collaborate with sales, business development, and technical teams to deliver suitable solutions for customers.Assist with technical support and account-related matters when needed.Prepare clear technical documentation and ensure solutions are delivered according to requirements.RequirementsDegree in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related field.3–5 years of experience in cloud architecture, cloud infrastructure, technical consulting or pre-sales.Have a good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud, and have cloud certificates.Must be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin & English due to business requirements.
