The Cloud Engineer will design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services that support client applications and business operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include provisioning and managing cloud resources, configuring and monitoring Linux servers and databases, and ensuring system security, reliability, and performance. The role involves collaborating with software development teams to support deployment pipelines, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and optimizing cost and resource utilization. The Cloud Engineer will also document configurations, follow best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of Intello’s cloud standards.Qualifications3-5 years experienceStrong Cloud Computing and Infrastructure skills, including experience with major cloud platforms and virtualized environments.Proficiency with Linux systems administration, scripting, and performance monitoring.Hands-on experience with Databases, including configuration, optimization, backup, and recovery processes.Background in Software Development or DevOps practices, with familiarity in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and identity & access management in cloud environments.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and document solutions effectively.Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience in enterprise or hybrid cloud environments are advantageous.
