CLS Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and reports test resultsSupervise Lab TeamMonitor test performance & examine specimensAdhere to all QC policies & procedures – document all QC activityAdhere to all lab SOPs – support the ongoing development of SOPsDocument all corrective actionsPrep, test/qualify, and store reagentsDocument all data & information accurately in LIMS – Maintain accurate recordsSupport the training of new team membersSupport the development of new testsPartner with cross-functional teamsRelay patient results to clientsMay act as Lab Rep for new R/D and/or pharma projectsEngage in other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements

5+ years of CLS experience – Generalist licensureExcellent verbal & written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsSupervisory experience highly preferred
