In this leadership role, you will oversee accounting operations across our cluster of locations, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, decisive leadership, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial management and reporting.Oversee and manage accounting operations across multiple locations within the cluster, ensuring consistency and adherence to organizational policiesSupervise, mentor, and develop accounting teams, fostering a culture of professional growth and accountabilityPrepare, review, and validate financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulationsDevelop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency and complianceAnalyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to senior managementEnsure compliance with Saudi Arabia's accounting regulations, tax requirements, and Zakat obligationsConduct regular internal audits and assessments to strengthen financial controls and mitigate risksManage accounting department budgets and allocate resources effectivelyCoordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities to facilitate audits and inspectionsImplement process improvements and leverage technology to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracyMonitor and reconcile inter-company transactions and consolidate financial data across cluster entitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Has SOCBA Certifications Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacityProficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and variance analysisExcellent understanding of internal controls, audit procedures, and risk managementProven ability to manage and lead accounting teams effectivelyStrong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detailAdvanced analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelingKnowledge of Saudi Arabia's accounting regulations, tax laws, and Zakat compliance requirementsPreferred: Experience managing accounting operations across multiple locations or cluster environmentsPreferred: Background in internal audit or process improvement initiativesPreferred: Experience with financial consolidation and inter-company accountingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plusAdditional InformationOur Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
