Cluster General Manager Morocco (M/F)

The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Cluster General Manager to join the team in Morocco. This is a role with a responsibility for 3 hotels.

Key Responsibilities

General Manager of CR7 Marrakesh and overviewing 2 other business unitsLead the business and a team of senior managers to ensure KPI´s are metMaintaining established cost and quality standards maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectationsAnalyze financial reports and business records/ statistical reportsOverseeing the several hotels’ operations and contribute for continuous improvements.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as Cluster Manager or relevant role in the hotel field (5 and 4 stars) - minimum of 5 years in a senior role;Fluency in French and English; knowledge of other languages is a plusUnderstanding of hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelinesDemonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solvingReliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressureOutstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detailDegree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management or relevant fieldMust have the ability to assimilate complex information dataIf you have the experience and the skills for the role and are interested to join a great place to work and to develop within a unique successful expanding business, please send your CV.
