With a rapidly expanding footprint, Yatrikart is redefining out-of-home convenience and aims to become the preferred quick-stop destination for travelers and commuters.Role Description The Cluster Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing a group of Yatrikart stores within an assigned region. This role involves managing daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and driving sales and profitability across the cluster. The Cluster Manager will monitor inventory levels, coordinate supply and replenishment, and maintain store merchandising and visual standards. They will recruit, train, and supervise store teams, set performance targets, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. The role also includes analyzing store performance data, implementing local marketing initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines, and delivering a consistent customer experience across all stores in the cluster.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong retail operations and store management skills, including multi-store supervision and process implementation.Candidates should possess team leadership, people management, and performance coaching skills to effectively guide store staff.Candidates should possess skills in sales monitoring, basic financial analysis, and target-driven execution to improve store profitability.Candidates should possess planning, organizational, and time-management skills for managing multiple locations and priorities.Candidates should possess customer service orientation and problem-solving skills to maintain high service standards and resolve issues promptly.Candidates should possess clear communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with store teams, vendors, and central office.A bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred; prior experience managing multiple retail outlets or FMCG distribution is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site, travel frequently within the cluster, and use basic digital tools (MS Excel, reporting systems) to track performance and operations.
