The company’s values prioritize guest care, deep respect for partners, and equal importance for every teammate.Role Description This full-time, on-site Cluster Manager role is based in Kukunoor and is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple dialysis centers within the assigned cluster. The Cluster Manager will manage day-to-day clinical and non-clinical operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and hygiene standards, and maintaining a guest-centric environment. The role includes supervising center teams, coordinating staffing and scheduling, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency. The Cluster Manager will collaborate with medical and administrative leadership, manage budgets and resources, and ensure compliance with standardized protocols and regulatory requirements. The position also involves building strong relationships with guests, partners, and local stakeholders, and supporting training and development initiatives for teammates.Qualifications Strong operational and people management skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and workforce planning.Experience in healthcare services, hospital operations, or clinic management, preferably in dialysis or chronic care settings.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests, teammates, and external partners with empathy and professionalism.Proficiency in basic business and administrative skills, such as budgeting, reporting, and use of common office software tools.Ability to work on-site in Kukunoor, travel within the cluster as required, and handle multiple centers in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, life sciences, business administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and guest-centric care, aligned with NephroPlus values.Experience in process improvement, standard operating procedures, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards is beneficial.
