Since its establishment, the firm has built a reputation for client satisfaction by providing reliable guidance and support throughout the visa process.Role Description The Cluster Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad, responsible for overseeing multiple branches or operational units of Esse India. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, setting performance targets, and ensuring consistent service quality across the cluster. The Cluster Manager will coordinate staff schedules, provide guidance to teams, and monitor compliance with immigration consulting standards and internal policies. This role includes analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction. The Cluster Manager will also collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, support training and development of team members, and handle escalated client issues when necessary.QualificationsStrong leadership, team management, and people development skills to guide and motivate multiple branch teams.Operational management and process improvement skills, including planning, organizing, and performance monitoring.Client service and relationship management skills, with a focus on communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.Basic understanding of immigration or visa consulting processes, or willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a compliance-driven environment.Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make informed decisions to improve cluster performance.Proficiency with common office productivity tools and CRM or similar systems used in service-oriented businesses.Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in multi-branch management is an advantage.Comfort working in an on-site environment, with readiness to coordinate across locations in Telangana as needed.
