Team members benefit from working in a professional academic environment with clear processes, training support, and opportunities to contribute to long-term educational impact.Role Description The Cluster Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for one of its franchise partner named Daffodils. The person will be responsible for overseeing 5 T.I.M.E. Kids centers within the assigned cluster located at High Court, Kaloor, Panampilly Nagar, Aluva and Angamaly. The role involves monitoring academic delivery, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, and supporting center heads in meeting enrollment and performance targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular center visits, reviewing operational and academic processes, tracking key performance metrics, and providing guidance to staff on improving quality and efficiency. The Cluster Manager coordinates training sessions, assists with local marketing initiatives, and addresses parent or stakeholder concerns escalated from individual centers. This position requires close collaboration with the central management team to implement strategic initiatives, report cluster performance, and drive continuous improvement across all centers.QualificationsA graduate with experience in academic or educational operations management, ideally overseeing multiple centers or branches.Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide and support center heads and teaching staff.Proficiency in planning, organizing, and monitoring processes, including reporting and performance tracking.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff, parents, and senior management.Capability to handle on-site responsibilities, including local travel within the Kochi cluster.Comfort with basic digital tools and office applications for documentation, scheduling, and communication.Prior experience in the school, preschool, or broader education sector is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a focus on maintaining high standards of academic quality and child safety.
