The organization values empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to positive outcomes for every family it serves.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mengio for a Cluster Manager – Patient Counselling and Case Conversion. The role involves overseeing patient counselling across multiple centers, ensuring consistent communication, education, and emotional support for individuals and couples seeking fertility treatment. The Cluster Manager will guide patients through treatment options, clarify clinical recommendations, and address questions to support informed decision-making and case conversion. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with medical and administrative teams, monitoring patient follow-up and conversion metrics, implementing standardized counselling protocols, and ensuring high-quality, empathetic patient interactions. The role also includes training and mentoring counsellors, preparing reports on patient counselling outcomes, and supporting initiatives to improve patient experience and treatment adherence.Qualifications Strong skills in patient counselling, empathy, and relationship management, with the ability to communicate complex medical information in clear, accessible language.Experience in case conversion, patient engagement, and follow-up coordination, preferably within fertility, women’s health, or broader healthcare services.Proficiency in team coordination, mentoring, and performance monitoring across multiple locations or units.Solid organizational, planning, and reporting skills, including the ability to track metrics and implement process improvements.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff in a clinical setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in relevant local languages and English.Prior experience in healthcare or counseling roles; exposure to fertility or reproductive medicine is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field; advanced qualifications in counselling or healthcare management are a plus.
