Cluster Sales Manager Corporate

At Paramount Hotel Dubai, every connection can open the door to a new opportunity.We’re looking for a motivated, commercially minded and relationship-driven Cluster Sales Manager to join our Sales Cast and help drive business across our hotel portfolio.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in the market, building strong client relationships and turning new leads into lasting business while maximising revenue opportunities for the hotels.What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities in line with individual targets and overall hotel sales objectives.
• Develop and manage corporate accounts, building strong relationships that generate consistent and repeat business.
• Follow up on all leads and opportunities, ensuring timely engagement and effective conversion into revenue.
• Develop individual account plans for key accounts to maximise production and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular telephone, virtual and face-to-face sales calls with existing and prospective clients.
• Research market opportunities and identify frequent business travellers and potential corporate accounts.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client programmes and operational requirements are effectively coordinated.
• Develop tailored proposals and recommendations based on client needs, identifying alternative solutions where appropriate.
• Build and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers across the relevant market segments.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the local market, competitors and emerging business opportunities.
• Work towards achieving agreed sales quotas while supporting overall hotel revenue and profitability objectives.What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Sales Manager role, with a strong understanding of the relevant market.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the corporate market and hotel sales environment.
• Previous Dubai hospitality experience is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
