In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies across the cluster while ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and assets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional decision-making abilities, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest security standards in a luxury hospitality environment.Develop, implement, and oversee security policies, procedures, and protocols across all cluster properties to ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practicesLead, train, and supervise security personnel, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a culture of accountability and professional excellenceConduct comprehensive risk assessments and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measuresManage security systems and technology infrastructure, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems, ensuring optimal functionality and integrationRespond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with local authorities and implementing crisis management proceduresMonitor and analyze security incidents, preparing detailed reports and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrenceCollaborate with hotel management, operations, and guest services teams to balance security requirements with exceptional guest experiencesMaintain detailed security records, documentation, and audit trails in compliance with organizational and regulatory standardsConduct regular security audits and inspections to verify adherence to established protocols and identify areas for improvementDevelop and deliver security training programs for staff at all levels, emphasizing awareness and emergency response proceduresManage security budgets and vendor relationships, optimizing resources while maintaining service qualityStay current with emerging security threats, industry trends, and technological advancements in the hospitality sectorQualificationsMinimum 5 years of progressive experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacityProven expertise in hospitality or luxury property security operationsStrong knowledge of security systems, including access control, CCTV surveillance, and alarm managementDemonstrated ability to analyze complex security situations and develop effective solutionsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office applicationsAdvanced communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and interact professionally with guests and stakeholdersThorough understanding of emergency response procedures and crisis management protocolsKnowledge of local Saudi Arabian security regulations and international security standardsAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call availability for emergenciesStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretionPhysical capability to perform security rounds and respond to incidents as neededPreferred: Certification in security management or hospitality securityPreferred: Experience with advanced security technologies and threat assessment methodologiesAdditional InformationUnderstanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.Experience in pre-Opening is a must.A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
