Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil and structural construction activities on site.- Lead construction teams, subcontractors, and site resources.- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project schedules and technical specifications.- Coordinate with project management, consultants, and engineering teams.- Resolve technical and site execution issues while maintaining quality standards.- Monitor daily productivity and achieve project milestones.Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction projects.- Previous experience as a Construction Manager.- Proven experience in large-scale projects and subcontractor management.- Strong leadership and site management skills.- Proficiency in English.
