Finance Instructor to deliver structured preparation for the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) examination while teaching core management-accounting and finance concepts.The ideal candidate combines strong technical finance knowledge with excellent teaching, presentation, and mentoring abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging CMA preparation classes through live online sessions, workshops, and structured learning programs.Teach key CMA-related topics including financial reporting, planning, budgeting, performance management, cost management, internal controls, technology, analytics, corporate finance, decision analysis, and strategic financial management.Develop lesson plans, presentations, study guides, practice exercises, case studies, quizzes, and revision materials.Explain complex accounting and finance concepts clearly using practical business examples.Guide students through exam-style questions, calculations, case scenarios, and multiple-choice practice.Teach effective exam techniques, question interpretation, time management, and revision strategies.Assess student understanding through mock exams, quizzes, assignments, and interactive activities.Review student performance and provide constructive, individualized feedback.Identify knowledge gaps and recommend targeted study plans or additional learning resources.Track student attendance, participation, assessment results, progress, and exam-readiness indicators.Provide one-to-one or small-group academic support when required.Stay current with CMA examination content, learning objectives, professional standards, and relevant curriculum updates.Ensure training materials remain accurate, relevant, structured, and aligned with applicable CMA exam requirements.Incorporate real-world financial analysis, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, performance measurement, and decision-making examples into lessons.Encourage critical thinking and help students apply financial concepts rather than relying solely on memorization.Conduct revision sessions, intensive exam-preparation workshops, mock examinations, and final review programs.Respond to student questions through approved learning platforms and communication channels.Collaborate with academic coordinators and other instructors to improve course structure and student outcomes.Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of finance-learning programs and digital course materials.Maintain confidentiality of student records, assessment results, proprietary training materials, and organizational information.Follow academic policies, professional standards, quality requirements, and applicable education guidelines.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in management accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, accounting, or finance education is preferred.Strong knowledge of management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, performance analysis, and corporate finance.Proven experience teaching, tutoring, training, mentoring, or preparing candidates for professional finance examinations.CMA qualification or active CMA certification is strongly preferred.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Strong presentation, teaching, facilitation, and public-speaking abilities.Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and explain calculations step by step.Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent understanding of exam-style questions, case analysis, and financial calculations.Comfortable delivering online classes using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, LMS platforms, digital whiteboards, and presentation tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to motivate students and maintain engagement throughout intensive preparation programs.Experience with CMA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA, or other professional finance qualifications is advantageous.Experience developing online learning content, mock exams, question banks, or digital finance courses is advantageous.Professional finance,
