The team culture values innovation in teaching, learner-centric approaches, and continuous improvement in educational outcomes.Role Description The CMA USA Online Faculty will be responsible for delivering engaging, exam-focused online classes for CMA USA aspirants, following Catalyst’s standardized curriculum and teaching methodologies. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, creating learning materials, conducting live interactive sessions, clarifying concepts, and providing regular doubt-solving support. The faculty will monitor learner progress, design assessments, review performance, and offer constructive feedback to help students meet certification milestones. Responsibilities also include updating content in line with IMA guidelines, collaborating with the academic team on course enhancements, and participating in faculty meetings and training programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, requiring consistent classroom and studio presence for live online delivery.Qualifications Strong subject-matter expertise in CMA USA curriculum, including financial planning, performance, analytics, and strategic financial management.Demonstrated teaching, coaching, or training skills, preferably in professional accounting or finance certification programs.Ability to design structured lesson plans, develop learning materials, and create assessments aligned with exam requirements.Proficient in online teaching tools, learning management systems, and basic educational technology for live and recorded sessions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and support learners with varied backgrounds.CMA USA qualification (completed or at an advanced exam level); other relevant professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, CMA India) are an advantage.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.Collaborative mindset, professionalism, and willingness to work from Kozhikode in an on-site academic environment.Prior experience with test preparation, mentoring, or academic content creation is highly desirable.
