[CMC Global] Hiring Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong English communication skills and hands-on experience in Power BI and SQL. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze data, develop insightful dashboards, and deliver data-driven solutions to support business decisions.Job ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting solutions.Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.Perform data validation, data cleansing, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Present analytical findings and business insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.Communicate effectively in English with business users and technical teams to clarify requirements, discuss findings, and provide recommendations.Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and enhanced data visualization.RequirementsMust-Have2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, or in a similar data-related role.Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data visualization, and DAX.Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data manipulation.Good understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization principles.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to discuss business requirements, explain data insights, and collaborate with international stakeholders.Ability to translate business needs into meaningful reports and actionable insights.Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.Nice-to-HaveExperience with Power BI Service, Power Query, and dashboard performance optimization.Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data warehouses, and data integration.Experience with Python for data analysis or automation.Familiarity with business KPIs and performance reporting.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Experience working with international clients or cross-functional teams.BenefitsWork on real-world data analytics and business intelligence projects.Professional and collaborative working environment.Opportunities to work with international stakeholders and enhance English communication skills.Competitive salary and attractive benefits.Clear career growth and continuous learning opportunities.Send your CV to: hthmai@cmcglobal.com.vn
